Important: The cardholder must retain a copy of all transaction records and is responsible for reviewing our merchant policies prior to completing a purchase.
- Returns are accepted within 24 hours from the time of receiving your order.
- A return handling fee of AED 30 will be applied to all returned items.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 business days, provided the item is unopened and untampered.
- Damaged items received during delivery will be replaced by Almalaky at no additional cost.
